Seem fine and have proved up to the job so far. The hand ones are a bit cumbersome to put on being double sided however plenty of protection being given. It's hard to get them tight on our 6 yr old so I'd suggest this is the youngest age and then go older where the velcro can overlap more. | |

Great skates, my daughter loves them, as mentioned in the store description and by other users these skates measure small so you should go up a size or two. I went up two and they fit well with a little room for growth. | |
