That means that professional riders are involved in all aspects of design and manufacturing of new scooters and scooter parts and that they are testing the products continuously.

Phase Two is created by Razor, one of the biggest scooter manufactures in the world. Razor was established in 2000 with the introduction of the legendary Kick scooter.
