I agree that there has been a lot of confusion regarding your claim mainly because there were so many different people involved in your case who tried helping you, and I am sorry it got a bit confusing because each person offered different solutions.
The reason why we ask for many detailed pictures is that we want to inform our colleagues from the claim department with as much information as possible, so you would not need to send the product back to us to just the get an opinion on it. It is definitely not because we want to stall time... We always want to help you and resolve everything as soon as possible.😊
